Fails to install - unable to find installation media? although it's run from it.
Used Fedora-Everything-netinst-x86_64-45-20260817.n.0.iso

Media auto detect and verification went ok - was verified. But still throws the 'error setting up repositories' and details reveals the metada issue (scr4).

Can you please attach /tmp/*log? This is likely some kind of lower-level issue we need to see log messages to figure out, it's highly unlikely to be an anaconda issue. Also from the screenshots you're clearly in GTK UI not webui, so moving to anaconda for now.
