Update to asahi-installer v0.9.1, which contains bluetooth firmware extraction fix for M3, M3 Pro/Max devices with Amkor wlan/bt modules, in preparation for Fedora Asahi Remix 45 Beta.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 45-beta by Fedora user dcavalca using the blocker tracking app because:

 We'd like to ship some asahi-installer bugfixes for Fedora Asahi Remix 45 Beta so we can release concurrently with the wider f45 beta.

In the end we signed off Beta-1.3 for release without this. Dropping FE status.

(F45 will unfreeze tomorrow according to Kevin, so this can go out as a regular update then).
