rust-startup-disk is one of a few packages that still depend on gtk-rs v0.20, which is now two versions behind the latest upstream version, which is no longer supported upstream and will not be maintained indefinitely in Fedora. It looks like rust-startup-disk upstream has already bumped its dependencies to newer gtk-rs versions in the latest release, except for glib-build-tools, which is two versions behind (0.20) and doesn't match the other gtk-rs dependencies. Please consider bumping this dependency to 0.22 and upstreaming this change and / or backporting it from upstream if it can be fixed there.
