Description Petr Pisar 2026-09-14 07:09:07 UTC
perl-Audio-Scan-1.13-6.fc46 to build in Fedora 46 when bootstrapping Perl because a test fails:

Can't locate Digest/MD5.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Digest::MD5 module) (@INC entries checked: /builddir/build/BUILD/perl-Audio-Scan-1.13-build/Audio-Scan-1.13/blib/lib /builddir/build/BUILD/perl-Audio-Scan-1.13-build/Audio-Scan-1.13/blib/arch /usr/local/lib64/perl5/5.44 /usr/local/share/perl5/5.44 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 .) at t/mp3.t line 3.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/mp3.t line 3.
t/mp3.t ............
Dubious, test returned 2 (wstat 512, 0x200)
No subtests run

The reason is an undeclared build-time dependency on "perl(Digest::MD5)" in the spec file.
