Two deviations from the "default":

1. This is not the latest version (which would be 0.4.43), however, 0.4.39 is the latest version that has not yet bumped its zstd / zstd-safe dependencies to a version that is not yet packaged for Fedora. This matches async-compression 0.4.44, whereas 0.4.48 is currently the latest. I would have delayed updating to newer versions to whenever we can update the zstd / zstd-safe crates in Fedora.

2. This hides some features for compression algorithms with missing dependencies (notably, liblzma support) which depends on a fork of the "xz2" crate that is not yet packaged for Fedora (though currently under review). As soon as that is packaged, xz support can enabled in this package.
