Description of problem:

Hello!
       I have recently joined Fedora Localization Project and I will work on
URDU language translation. As URDU language has nobody to maintain it , so I
would like to add me as the maintainer of Urdu language.

The information needed to add for people.xml is:

Thanks Diego! Just checked and it is live.

We better close these as NEXTRELEASE, as it better reflects the resolution of
the bug.
