Description of problem:
http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/config-tools/ doesn't exist

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-kickstart-2.6.19.1-1.el5

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qi system-config-kickstart
2. Open the link
3. Sigh
  
Actual results:
File Not Found

Expected results:
uh, "File Found"?

Additional info:
This URL is probably incorrect across the board for all the config-tools.

This will be fixed in the next major release of RHEL.  The URL in Fedora is
correct, and is:  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SystemConfig/Tools
