When the Anaconda WebUI opens on the Fedora 45 Atomic ISO's it starts in English, then it somehow detects that I am in the Netherlands, refreshes the page to Dutch, and then Firefox shows me a very helpful 'shall I translate this for you'. This seems not ideal. Reproducible: Always

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 45-final by Fedora user supakeen using the blocker tracking app because: This happens in a non-blocking deliverable (Fedora Atomic ISO) but it's not very nice and if it *can* be addressed before final or during the freeze I feel it should be.
