When browser window is narrow, the menu moves in the responsive layout from the left to above the content, with an expander. Clicking the expander opens the menu/progression. The background of this element is transparent and interactions pass through tohe content behind. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Connect to remote install UI. 2.Authenticate 3.Reduce window size to tigger responsive resize, causing left hand menu to move to above the main content. 4. Expand menu. Actual Results: Observe menu expands over content, with transparent background but visible text, and mouse interactions pass through. Expected Results: Opaque background with interactions caught/handled by the UI element such that content behind isn't stimulated. Client: FireFox 156.0.1 (64-bit)
Fedora-Silverblue-Installer-45-20260930.n.0.x86_64.iso This issue only actually appears on the fist/Welcome page - the language selector shows through the background of the menu - it's perhaps a z-index issue rather than a background transparency issue.
