Some notes: * The version of this is not the latest because it's tightly coupled with the version of pytorch * It depends on python-parameterized, but I am looking at moving this dep to pytest and sending it u/s * Other fixes I need to send u/s * Likely needs a newer snapshot of XNNPACK for that functionality
