This leads to a syntax-highlighted HTML rendition of the spec.
Please use "raw file" links.

> Source0:	%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz
This should be a downloadable URL.
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/SourceURL/

> cargo build --release --no-default-features --features podman
This will attempt to download dependencies from the internet, which won't work,
as Fedora package builders run with internet access purposefully disabled.
Please check the Rust Packaging Guidelines for information on how to properly package Rust applications.

Thanks for the feedback!
I updated the links to point to the raw files and changed the spec file accordingly (e.g. vendoring dependencies)
Could you have another look?
