If I am installing Linux RedHat 7.0, and I create two partitions, one for 
Linux and the other for Windows (formated with FAT16). When I choose the 
package to install, I received the following error:

Otherwise, if I don't select the specifics packages I want, I perform a 
normal instalation and it works fine, but it doesn't install apache, 
postgreSQL, php, perl, etc. I solved this doing an Upgrading. Doing an 
Upgrading I could install all the packages I wanted, but I don't know why 
it didn't allow me to select the packages at the first time.
