Attached is a patch against initscripts-5.64.2-1 for enhanced IPv6 support.

Mostly having to do with prefixes being an integral part of an address. 
Also, a few i18n strings
have been added (where $ after echo was missing).

The changes are rather self-containing, so there should be no problem with
them if the approach looks good.
