Wrong module. You translated the legacy comps.
I've copied that over to the correct module (http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/comps) - the current stats are: ne.po: 185 translated messages, 27 fuzzy translations, 5 untranslated messages.
I think its good to have ne.po translations for comps be completed before final F8 release. Therefore, reopening this bug with assigning it back to Nepali translator to finish comps translation and submit 100% completed ne.po file here. we can then commit that file to cvs and let comps component be committed again.
