KDE's multi-media player ("noatrun"?) crashes immediately after being started.
Doesn't happen here (2.1-2). Is your soundcard configured correctly?
OK, this machine has a sound-card which is not supported by Linux. True. But still, that's not a reason to dump core. This is probably more a KDE problem than a Red Hat problem though.
It crashes with my sound card and it IS configured correctly... alias sound-slot-0 emu10k1 post-install sound-slot-0 /bin/aumix-minimal -f /etc/.aumixrc -L >/dev/null 2>&1 || : pre-remove sound-slot-0 /bin/aumix-minimal -f /etc/.aumixrc -S >/dev/null 2>&1 || : emu10k1 46464 1 (autoclean) ac97_codec 8960 0 (autoclean) [emu10k1] soundcore 3408 4 (autoclean) [emu10k1] it did not work with the default RH 7.1 kernel either... no back trace either
