up2date-2.4.1-1 reports no packages to update when run against a RHL7.0
data base.

this was a server side problem with gillian that should be resolved now,
reopen the bug if it isnt. (ie, the 7.0 tree  was pointing at
a dead stock 7.0 tree, and not 7.0+updates, or the beta tree as 
it is now)
