Description Matthew Barnes 2007-10-04 15:54:30 UTC
This bug is for tracking the rebasing of Evolution in RHEL 5.2.

Here's a list of affected packages:

   Name RHEL 5.0 RHEL 5.2
   --------------------- -------- --------
   evolution 2.8.0 2.12.x
   evolution-data-server 1.8.0 1.12.x
   evolution-connector 2.8.0 2.12.x
   gtkhtml3 3.12.0 3.16.x

I plan to fork the rebased packages from Fedora 8. Not sure yet which micro
version I'll be locking RHEL5 on (the higher the better -- more bugfixes).

Comment 1 Matthew Barnes 2007-10-04 16:05:32 UTC
To clarify, this bug is just for the "evolution" package. I've opened separate
bugs for the other packages: bug #318631, bug #318641 and bug #318651

Hi,
the RHEL5.2 release notes will be dropped to translation on April 15, 2008, at
which point no further additions or revisions will be entertained.

a mockup of the RHEL5.2 release notes can be viewed at the following link:
http://intranet.corp.redhat.com/ic/intranet/RHEL5u2relnotesmockup.html

please use the aforementioned link to verify if your bugzilla is already in the
release notes (if it needs to be). each item in the release notes contains a
link to its original bug; as such, you can search through the release notes by
bug number.

Cheers,
Don
