Seems to be _no_ documentation on the rpm-python module

Matt Wilson's preliminary documentation on the python bindings is in the
rpm-devel
package /usr/share/rpm-devel*/apidocs/html, select Modules -> PYTHON.

Doco still sucks, will improve.
