Devices which are already known still have to be in visible mode in order to be
able to browse them. The applet should scan for all known devices so that the
user  only needs to activate visibility when doing new pairing, not for normal
usage.

That's a problem with the BluetoothDeviceSelection widget. We need a filter for it.

This is fixed in the bluez-gnome 0.19.
