Description Neal Pollack 2001-03-22 06:26:10 UTC
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.76 [en] (X11; U; Linux 2.4.2-0.1.19 i686; Nav)

When using netscape navigator 4.76 on wolverine to administer
the Linksys BEFSR11 Cable/DSL router, the rendered html page is
missing navigation tabs and can not be utilized. Using Mozilla
that is currently with Wolverine *does* work fine. Using RH7.0
does work fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Linksys Cable/DSL home NAT router/firewall boxes are administered
by pointing your browser at http://192.168.1.1 which is your
internal lan private address for your inside net.
1. enter URL http://192.168.1.1
2. enter your password when prompted
3. main router admin page is rendered, but nav tabs are missing

works fine on RH 7.0, also works on Wolverine if using Mozilla.
Does NOT work on wolverine with supplied Netscape Navigator 4.76

Actual Results: See above, the HTML page renders but is missing the
navigation
tabs.

Expected Results: You should be able to see and utilize the navigation
tabs
to select various functions on the web page.

There's very little we can do about the internal behavior of netscape;
we don't have the source

You could try reporting this directly to netscape at:
