inn should be ported to use NSS library for cryptography.

Openssl is used only when compiled with configure option --with-openssl=OPENSSL_DIR and only for nnrpd (to support reading over TLS/SSL). This option is not enabled in Fedora (and is not planned to enable it by default). Therefore closing NOTABUG, port is not necessary.
