kdebase should be ported to use NSS library for cryptography.

Let's stop kidding ourselves, and put this to rest here.  (When/if change is gonna happen, it needs support and someone willing/able to do the work in fedora or happen upstream.  Neither of which is on anyone's radar, afaik).
