It would be nice to have a command line option in up2date to
disable the precentage counter when running in comand line
mode. Normally the counter is fine when run in a command windows,
but running the up2date -u via a cron jobs generates a massive
results email because each counter update is on a new line
in the message. This makes it very hard to figure out what was
or wasn't updated.

1. setup a crontab job to run up2date -u
2. check resulting email messages
