Description of problem:
After updating to the latest 'rawhide' packages, the GNOME panel clock
is offset vertically and the text is cropped at the bottom.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-panel-2.20.1-4.fc9

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update to version 2.20.1-4.fc9 of gnome-panel.
2. Login to new GNOME session.
  
Actual results:
Date and time are cropped.

Expected results:
Date and time are displayed fully.

None.

Downgrading to gnome-panel-2.20.1-1.fc8 allows to restore the usual
appearance. Btw, during this ['rpm'] operation,

Preparing...  ########################################### [100%]
I/O warning :
  failed to load external entity "/etc/gconf/schemas/clock.schemas"

is spawned to the console.
