gcstar-1.3.0-1.fc8 has been pushed to the Fedora 8 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. If you want to test the update, you can install it with su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update gcstar'
Hello Christian, seems gcfilms is still present in the rawhide Fedora trees. regards, Florian La Roche
Sorry for the late reply. Actually it seems GCfilms will only be removed when GCstar 1.3.0 will be available in updates for F-8. So as soon as it is available, I will ask again for this removal.
Are you talking about the rawhide tree or F8+updates for this? regards, Florian La Roche
I was talking about F8+updates. Someone on rel-eng (where I requested the removal) told me I should wait for this update before the removal.
Hello Christian, this could at least get cleaned up for Fedora-development (=rawhide), not sure if it needs to be done for F8 or not. regards, Florian La Roche
