- Add logrotate config file (rh #404181)
- Add new LSB initscript header to initscript with correct deps (rh #244029)
- Move other runtime arguments to /etc/sysconfig/wpa_supplicant

wpa_supplicant-0.5.7-19.fc8 has been pushed to the Fedora 8 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with 
 su -c 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update wpa_supplicant'

Should be long fixed with -19 and later
