Description of Problem:
Konqueror 2.1.1 cannot access internet via proxy.

How Reproducible:
always, using proxy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure konqueror (settings; Configure Konqueror)
2. select Proxies; check Use proxy and configure http proxy fields appropriately; ok
3. Any access to internet gets an error box

Actual Results:
Error - Konqueror
Unsupported action
Unknown Authorization method

Expected Results:
An html page.

Additional Information:
The same proxy configuration works fine with other browsers.
Comment 1 Bernhard Rosenkraenzer 2001-05-14 07:07:31 EDT
Works here.
Does your proxy require authentication? (Do you happen to know what software
the proxy is running?) Did you apply the kdelibs errata?
Comment 2 giorgio bellussi 2001-05-14 08:42:26 EDT
After application of kdelibs errata the problem disappears.
Thank you very much (and sorry for bother:next time I'll look for _all_ errata).
And now: what about the status of this bug?
