Description of problem:
extra themes for gnome contains foxtrot icon theme [1] - icon theme with 
bluecurve-like from tango palette.

fedora art team would be interested.

gnome-themes-extras has just gone through a re-review: bug #372161.  We are
packaging the latest upstream: 2.20 should be available soon.
