in the file ps-to-printer.fpi:

Ghostscript Option.
 (-sOutputFile=`|cat 1>&3` - 3>&1 >&2)
produce no output to stdout.

So, All PostScript file can't print.

So it is. That will teach me to take patches from users! ;)

Fixed in rhs-printfilters-1.57....
