Description of problem:
rhel5.1, fscache, cachefilesd, lighttpd

repeatable kernel panic when using fscache against an nfs mount after a period 
of time

cachefilesd-0.8-2.el5
lighttpd-1.4.18-1.el5

How reproducible:
will happen once or twice a day

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mount nfs filer with fscache option
2. start cachefilesd
3. start lighttpd
  
Actual results:
kernel panic

Expected results:
no kernel panic/stable system
