In libgr-progs,
jpeg-to-pnm.fpi
pnm-to-ps.fpi
is included.

But,
bmp-to-pnm.fpi
gif-to-pnm.fpi
rast-to-pnm.fpi
tiff-to-pnm.fpi
is not inclued.

So, rhs-printfilters can't print BMP, GIF, Sun Raster and
Tiff file.

fixed in libgr-2.0.3-18...
