Description of problem:
The dmidecode package includes a few binaries that specifically are not built on
ia64 (by intent) however the spec file still tries to package them.

These should not be packaged on ia64, please add the %ifnarch ia64 stuff as
shown below to the spec file.

%ifnarch ia64
%{_sbindir}/vpddecode
%{_sbindir}/ownership
%{_sbindir}/biosdecode
%endif
