After that I see "Can't get list of interfaces.", and dhclient fails.

Same in 4.0.0.3.fc9

F9 Blocker as this will make any IPV4 dhcp system network-less (so you can't
even download old versions to rollback)

If I remove /etc/modprobe.d/disable-ipv6, then dhclient seems to work.
