Description of problem:
system-config-soundcard is not able to configure sound card on my HCL notepad.

[root@home ~]# uname -a

How reproducible:

1. run system-config-soundcard
2. click on test sound
3. No sound heard.

We are not going to fix this problem in RHEL-5.
