  unresolved deps: 
     createrepo >= 0:0.4.11

Is this version of createrepo ever going to exist in epel5?
Or can there be some workaround for it added?

This version of createrepo can be found in the fastrack updates to RHEL5, and it
will be in RHEL5.2.
