We need the following symbols added to the whitelist for 5.2:

ksym(cn_add_callback) = df3c19ec
ksym(cn_del_callback) = ff5a8cfe
ksym(cn_netlink_send) = b10d55bc
ksym(dm_register_dirty_log_type) = ba63acd
ksym(dm_unregister_dirty_log_type) = 2cd67a7c

Setting flags as this needs to be fixed for cmirror to go out in 5.2
