Description of problem:
logrotate sends a SIGHUP signal, but the logs are still appended to the
old file *.1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
syslog-ng-2.0.7-1.fc8

Please respond to this bug, it breaks security tools like denyhosts which
only use /var/log/secure and not /var/log/secure.1.

I changed to urgent.
