The libsmi package is missing %defattr(-,root,root,-) both from the main and the
-devel packages.  While at least the version in F8 has file ownerships set to
root anyway, this has potential to turn into a security issue eg. in derivative
distros which has already happened in CentOS (I'm unable to check RHEL at the
moment): http://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=2624
