Description of problem:
man ccs_tool says that it is required to run the command "cman_tool version -r
#" after running a ccs_tool update /etc/cluster/cluster.conf on each node. This
is no longer necessary in RHEL 5. ccs_tool update takes care of distibuting and
updating the running cluster with the proper cluster.conf
