Description of problem:

Somehow perl-GTK2 sets a dependency on perl(Test::More)

That means any perl-GTK2 using app will pull the full perl devel stack
Please cut the dependency bloat

# rpm -e perl-Test-Simple-0.62-32.fc8.x86_64
error: Failed dependencies:
	perl(Test::More) is needed by (installed) perl-Gtk2-1.162-1.fc9.x86_64

This is legitimate, unfortunately. perl-Gtk2 includes Gtk2/TestHelper.pm, which
depends on perl(Test::More).
