Description of problem:
Kerned text produced by Inkscape and saved in SVG format is mangled by gthumb.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
GNOME gthumb 2.10.7
Inkscape 0.45

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create SVG text in inkscape.
2. Using Alt-Downarrow, drag parts of the text down.
3. Save and view the SVG file with gthumb.  Also note the generated icon in
nautilus.
  
Actual results:


Expected results:
Inkscape and gthumb should produce visually identical images for SVG.

View included file (bug2000.svg) in inkscape and ghumb.
