it should be possible to limit the *outgoing* mails per account per time.
eg.
20 mails per account per hour
but info@ and support@ can send 100 mails/h


the default postfix installation should have a default limitation.

I think the best solution for this bug would be to package postfix addon postfwd which supports this feature.
