Description of problem:
Feb 20 11:17:01 letnet crond[15168]: PAM [error: /lib/libpam.so.0: version
`LIBPAM_MODUTIL_1.1' not found (required by /lib/security/pam_access.so)]

Same problem for crond and samba, may be other services are affected too.

1. limits.so is enabled in system-auth by default, just try to use it
