luserdel ignores parameter --interactive

Description of problem:
The luserdel utility removes the user account without asking for any information even if command line "--interactive" was given.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. luserdel --interactive testuser
No prompt for any information.
Prompt for necessary information (e.g.: remove the home directory?)
This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release. Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update

The behavior is correct, only the --help output is imprecise. --help says:
-i, --interactive prompt for all information
but the real meaning of the option is:
Ask all questions when connecting to the user database, even if
default answers are set up in libuser configuration.
Unfortunately the libuser version in RHEL4 has very little documentation.
Thus, -i affects only libuser modules that can ask questions about configuration
- in practice, only the "ldap" module. It does not mean that luserdel should
ask for any confirmation.
