Description of problem:
When Vega Strike starts, it opens with a simple graphic of a ship and a message
"error: no rooms found". The usual graphics for the base interiors are missing;
there's just a single screen providing access to Ships, Upgrades, Cargo, etc.
Dynamic aspects like Missions and News are blank. The ship can be launched and
can navigate to other locations, but they are also missing the usual interior
graphics. No other ships are generated for ship-to-ship interaction. You're alone in the universe.
