Description of problem:
Tray-Icon don't have transparent background.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
stardict-3.0.1-1.fc8

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch stardict
2. set toppanel's background to color+transparent,
3.
  
Actual results:
every other icon in the panel tray area receives transparent background,
while stardict's icon's background is still gray.



Expected results:
the icon's background become transparent.
