Description of problem:
system-config-display doesn't use xrandr

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.0.51

How reproducible:
Use system-config-display to set up a dual head setup; notice xinerama
configuration keywords.

Expected results:
xrandr-based setup

Additional info:
Tried with radeonhd driver on HD2600Pro card

system-config-display will probably phase out when xrandr support will be
complete. We know its qualities.
