Description of problem:
smartd has type but not mls permission to write to block devices. Patch attached.

type=AVC msg=audit(1205257456.890:11): avc:  denied  { write } for  pid=2283 comm="smartd" name="sda" dev=tmpfs ino=284 scontext=system_u:system_r:fsdaemon_t:s0-s15:c0.c1023 tcontext=system_u:object_r:fixed_disk_device_t:s15:c0.c1023 tclass=blk_file
