Hello!

Noticed that in the activation key create/modify UI, monitoring is offered as a
checkbox option. Monitoring is a Satellite-only feature and as such this
checkbox should be acl'ed off.

I do not know if using a monitoring-tainted activation key with a system
registering to hosted causes any errors or issues.
