Description of problem:

The "Choose a time" dropdown is supposed to reload the page and set 
time parameters into the URL.  Changing the dropdown on F8 2.0.0.12 has no
response -- the browser sits there.  Doing the same thing on WinXP 2.0.0.12
causes the page to reload with the time paramters in the URL.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL 
2. Change the 'choose a time' dropdown
3. Wait patiently (VERY PATIENTLY!  :( )

Nothing.

Expected results:

Page updates with new URL as:

http://abcfamily.go.com/abcfamily/path/section_Schedule/page_About?t=00:00-24:00&d=032208

Additional info:

The windows browser rejected the cookies offered from the site.  The Linux
browser did so initially but when the dropdown failed to function, I allowed the
cookie but it didn't help.
